By downloading, installing, or using Flirtyness ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flirtyness. By confirming your age at first launch and using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Flirtyness is an AI-powered entertainment app offering the following features:
Entertainment Disclaimer: All scores, messages, and quotes are AI-generated for fun and entertainment only. They are not based on scientific research or real compatibility analysis, are not relationship or dating advice, and Flirtyness is not a dating, matchmaking, or counselling service. We make no guarantee that using the App will lead to any particular real-world outcome.
Free-tier accounts get a limited number of generations per feature within a rolling time window; once the limit is reached, that feature locks temporarily and can optionally be unlocked early by watching a short rewarded video ad. Premium accounts get a much higher combined generation allowance across all AI features per 12-hour period. Limits may be adjusted over time to ensure fair usage for all users.
Flirtyness offers optional Monthly and Yearly Premium subscription plans that remove ads and increase your generation limits. Prices are set in your local currency, are displayed in the app at the time of purchase, and are shown and charged by the Google Play Store — Flirtyness does not set or collect payment directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store app (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions), or via the "Manage Subscription" button in the app's Profile screen, which links directly to your subscription in the Play Store.
All payments are processed by Google Play, and refund requests are subject to Google Play's own refund policy. Flirtyness does not directly process refunds, but you can contact us at the email below if you believe a purchase was made in error and we will assist where we can.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore an active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option, as long as you're signed in with the same account that made the original purchase.
Free-tier users are shown ads (banner and optional rewarded video ads) served through Google AdMob to support the free version of the App. Premium subscribers do not see ads. By using the free tier, you consent to seeing these ads, subject to any ad-personalization consent choices you make when prompted (available to EEA/UK users under GDPR).
You agree not to use the App to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If you encounter AI-generated content that seems inappropriate, you can report it in-app. Reports are reviewed by our team to help improve the safety of AI outputs.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, erasing your profile and saved content as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
The Flirtyness app, its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by us. AI-generated text produced for you within the app is yours to use personally (e.g. to send to someone), but you may not use it to build a competing product or redistribute it commercially.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or not to your taste — we do not guarantee any specific quality or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flirtyness and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
